IMPHAL, Jul 22: Saying that non use of helmet/head gear while driving two wheeler and not wearing seat belt while driving four wheels vehicle is a punishable offence under MV Act, SP of Traffic Control Police Wing, Manipur has informed all concerned to wear helmet and seat belt while driving two-wheelers and four-wheelers respectively.
In a statement, the SP also urged all concerned not to use mobile phone while driving. Any defaulters would be dealt as per MV Act.
