Imphal, Dec 23: Union Minister of State (Home) Kiren Rijiju has stated that both Imphal-Dimapur highway and Imphal-Jiribam highway should be opened at any cost.
Briefing media persons at the conference hall of Old Secretariat this afternoon, Kiren Rijiju stated that he is here to do the needful and address the plight of the people of Manipur caused by the prolonged economic blockade.
