IMPHAL, Feb 25: The hearing of July 23 Khwairamband firing incident scheduled for today at the court of District and Session Judge, Manipur East, has been deferred to March 7 and 8.
The counsels from both sides as well as all nine accused police personnel including Inspector H Devendra and OC Y Munal were present at the hearing today.
