IMPHAL, December 1: The chairman Mayangkhang Village Authority in a press release has informed that the villagers have expressed their gratitude to the commander 59th Brigade Taphou Senapati under the 57th Mountain Division Leimakhong for providing a Bull-Dozer to be used in the levelling of ground for the construction of a community hall and to the commader 43 AR Leirouching and post commander hengbung post for providing security protection to the workers.
