The April 25 Khongjom battle was remembered at a simple function held at Khongjom Tengol Lampak today. Floral tributes were paid to the statue of Chongthamia and other warriors who sacrificed their lives for the motherland.
Prof. Yumnam Mohindro, relatives of Chongthamia and member of Khongjom battle memorial celebration committee took part in the function.
