Boby Mangang, Senior Publicity Officer, Deparment of Publicity & Propaganda PREPAK (Pro) today said on Sep 25 at Changangei Uchekon , Tongbram Sana @ Sanamacha @ Loya a cadre of Prepak Progressive 32nd Batch was killed by a combined force.
He was detained under NSA and on Sep 25 around 1:00 PM he was nabbed by Police from RIMS road . He had no arms when he was arrested. He was handed over to 18 Bt.(Sikh Regiment) to be killed in a fake encounter.
