The fifth children folk dance festival organized by Imungnganbi Manipuri dance Akademy was held at Dibong Ichal Club. N. Ranjitkumar, principal, Jiribam govt. higher secondary school, Ph. Narendra, retd. Head master, Jinibala Devi Dibong GB member, ex-assistant Prof. SS college, S. Anlaphabu were presidium members. Children below 13 took part in the festival for which A. Dilipkumar, K. Bothoi and K. Ninili were the judges.
