Sushilkumar Shindhe’s statement that URF and KYKL faction will enter into a term of surrender has been contradicted. Following the media report of the Home minister’s announcement that the matter will be realized within three months, URF Central Executive Committee of Chairman-Dr. Achou Meitei, Vice Chairman – Nawang Meitei, General Secretary- Korouhanba, Home Secretary- Nongpoknganba Meitei, Finance Secretary- Lemba Meitei, External Affairs Secretary- M. Khuman, Organisation Secretary- Mangal Sana, Law & Justice Secretary- Yaiphaba Meitei, Education & Health Secretary- Tampha Sana, Political Affairs Secretary- Mangangthoi and Information & Publicity Secretary- A.K. Pibarel met for a special session. The meeting took strong exceptions of the home minister’s baseless statement.
