IMPHAL, Nov 4: Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee president Gaikhangam has conveyed his warm greetings to the people of the state on the happy occasion of Ningol Chakkouba, biggest festival of the Meitei community.
In a message, Gaikhangam said Ningol Chakkouba festival marks placing of married mothers highly in the society, caring and respecting them and wished for a prosperous, peace and welfare land with the coming of the festival.
