IMPHAL, April 19: The Directorate of Information and Public Relation has said in a press release that the state will be observing the Khongjom Day at the Khongjom War Memorial Complex on April 23 like every year.
Chief Minister of Manipur, O Ibobi Singh will be present as chief guest and deputy CM Gaikhangam as president.
Wangjing Tentha MLA P Brojen will address a meeting, it said.
