IMPHAL, May 15: The Directorate of Minorities and Other Backward Classes (MOBC) has notified to all concerned that e-signing of merit list generated applicants (both fresh and renewal) under Merit-cum-Means based scholarship students belonging to Minority communities (MCM) of the State for the year 2015-16 has already been effected by the Nodal Officer (scholarships)/MOBC, Manipur and e-disbursement of the scholarship amount to the students’ bank account is being made by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India through DBT.
