Chandel July 4 : The Sirti Olympic Association (SOA), Chandel today organised a felicitation programme of Project Future India (PFI) referee, Th Joyshing Monsang at Japhou Community Hall for his successful officiating of Asian Football Tournament (AFC) Under-14, organised by the Asian Football Confederation from May 20 to 30 at Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
