The Chairman T Mungjang village authority along with YVA Kangvai Block and Zillai Kangvi Block today decried the raid conducted by armed men who are believed to be from Manipur police commandos and Assam Rifles at the residence of Th Lalcha Vaiphei on Sunday night at T Munjang village, Kangvai sub-division.
