According to the source a team of Imphal West district police commandos under the supervision of Th Vikramjit Additional SP (Ops) and led by Inspector Thaingampao OC Imphal West commandos arrested the NSCN (IM) cadre identified as Phaningkhui Kapai 42 S/o (L) Shangreikan Kapai of Paoyi village, Chingai in Ukhrul district and at present staying at Bethany Hotel Deulaland.
