IMPHAL, Oct 28: With the dilapidated sections of Imphal-Jiribam highway near Makru Bridge now repaired by 80 per cent which earlier looked like a stream, movement of heavy vehicles has resumed along the highway, informed Transporters and Driver Council (TDC) president H Ranjit.
