IMPHAL, Feb 13: A sit in protest was staged at Nambol Thiyam Makha Leikai by the Meira Paibis of the area under the aegis of Socialist Student Union of Manipur (SSUM) against giving the Congress ticket to a non local for the coming election amidst the call for implementation of Inner Line Permit System (ILPS) in the State by the people for quite some time.
