KANGPOKPI, Feb 14 : As the filing of nomination papers ended this afternoon at 3 pm as per the ECI instruction, altogether 18 candidates of different political party filed their nomination for the ensuing 11 th Manipur State Assembly Election 2017 from the three constituencies of Kangpokpi district.
