IMPHAL, Feb 15: A fuel efficient driving contest for car owners was held at PCTV, Khuyathong on February 13 as a part of the Oil and Gas Conservation festival Saksham 2017 according to the standard set by Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA) under MOP and NG. The event was flagged off by Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West, C Arthur in the presence of Dy CID Th Ramgopal Singh, State Level Coordinator, Manipur Sinam Ibungoton Singh and other delegates, dealers and partcipants.
