IMPHAL, Feb 17: More than 10, 000 litres of local and Indian made foreign liquor were destroyed by setting it on fire at State Excise Department, Lamphelpat in the preence of Election Expenditure Monitoring Team, Imphal West Nodal Officer Salam Somendro today afternoon.
