Chandel: In connection with the State Assembly election, First Level Checking (FLC) of 51 additional electronic voting machines (EVMs), which are to be utilised in Chandel and Tengnoupal, was conducted today by authorised engineers of Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) in the presence of representatives of different political parties at DRDA Training hall , DC complex Chandel.
