IMPHAL, Feb 26: Andro AC BJP candidate Dr Nimaichand Luwang has stated that he has sent a written complaint to the concerned RO to reject the nomination paper of rival Congress candidate Th Shyamkumar for hiding his criminal records on the affidavit used for filing nomination paper and for lying about this educational qualification, and appealed to the people to refrain from voting for a candidate with criminal records.
