IMPHAL, Mar 5: All propaganda, publicity and campaigns related with the second phase of the 11th State Assembly election will end tomorrow at 3 pm. Chief Minister Okram Ibobi is also contesting in Thoubal A/C in the second phase of the election where a total of 98 candidates including four women candidates are in the fray.
