SHILLONG, Mar 24 : The Assam Rifles celebrated its 182nd Raising Day on Friday through a solemn Ceremony was held at the Headquarters of the Directorate General of Assam Rifles, Laitkor, Shillong. The programme commenced with Wreath Laying Ceremony, wherein the Director General of Assam Rifles Lieutenant General Shokin Chauhan and all Officers of the Headquarters paid homage to the valiant martyrs at the War Memorial.
