IMPHAL, Mar 28: The Joint Non Government Voluntary Organisation (JNGVO), Kakching has demanded the State Government to nominate a candidate for the State’s lone Rajya Sabha seat from among the people residing in the eight Assembly segments of Manipur valley who are eligible to vote but cannot contest the election for Outer Manipur MP.
