IMPHAL, Apr 3: Nongpoknganba Youth Development Association has appealed to the State Government to provide every possible aid in finding the whereabouts of one Nongmaithem Ibocha (58) s/o (L) Kanhai from Hierok part 3 Laishram Leikai who went missing from Namphalong, a part of Myanmar which borders Moreh, on March 24.
