Kangpokpi: Angam Leivon (57), a resident of Kangpokpi who is a Deputy Ranger in Forest Department was abducted by some unknown miscreants on the evening of April 13 from his house of Kangpokpi Ward no 8 for a ransom of Rs 30 lakh. His mother in-law expired the next day after he was abducted and the family has been waiting for his safe return as he is the sole responsible person to perform the last rite of the deceased mother-in-law.
