Kakching: JNVGO has submitted a memorandum today to the Chief Minister urging to construct district level offices in Kakching sub-divisional office complex and to appoint staff for the office, conveyed a press release issued by secretary publicity JNVGO.
Construction of office for the SP, Kakching and posting of staff was also included in the memorandum, it added.
