IMPHAL, Apr 27: The newly constructed Langol Ningthou community hall was inaugurated and presented to the locals today by MPCC general secretary and former Imphal Municipal Council chairperson Meinam (o) RK Ranisana and titular king Leishemba Sanajaoba in an event organised by Langol Ningthou Thougal Luptin Meitei Langol.
