IMPHAL, Apr 28: Working Committee of the Apunba Lup (WCAL) has condemned the fatal shooting of Khangembam Santosh alias Najao s/o Ibohal from Thoubal Athokpam Awang Leikai by a police personnel on the night of April 24 at a Thabal Chongba event at Ukhongsang Mayai Kangjeibung under Nongpok Sekmai police station.
