Bishnupur: Chief Whip/ Advisor to CM as well as MLA of Moirang AC P Saratchandra was received by Senior Citizen Manipur, Moirang Chapter yesterday at the residence of one M Ingocha in Moirang Yumkhaibam Leikai.
Apart from the MLA, the ceremony was attended by Moirang titular king K Ibohal Singh and vice president of Senior Citizen Manipur, Moirang Chapter L Kumar Singh as presidium members.
