IMPHAL, Jul 23: After his own photograph was found inserted in a street poster of BJP which has gone viral in social media, Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president TN Haokip has decided to file a petition at Court in addition to lodging a complaint at Cyber Crime Police Station (CCPS).
