IMPHAL, Jul 25 : Moral Educational Intellectual Renascent and Athletic Association has expressed gratitude to IOC, M/S Bashikhong Indane and Pradhan, Bashikhong Gram Panchayat for distributing LPG to 408 card holders at subsidised rate. People of Bashikhong have been facing shortage of essential commodities after a portion of Kongba river bank breached on July 1 due to heavy rainfall, said a press release of the association.
