IMPHAL, Jan 5: The State Government has appointed Jacintha Lazarus, Kh Raghumani Singh, T Ranjit Singh, Athem Muivah, Maranchan Luikham, M Joy Singh, M Yaiskul Meitei, Bobby Waikhom, Limneikim Singson, Lunminthang Haokip and M Harekrishna, who is on Central Deputation uncer CSS, to IAS Selection Grade in Level 13 in the pay matrix (Rs 1,18,500-2,14,100) with effect from January 1, this year.
