IMPHAL, Jan 7:A 15-day workshop cum production on Manoharshai has concluded yesterday at Hidangmayum Mandav, Nambol Khajiri Mamang Leikai, Imphal West.
The 15 days programme which kick-started on December 4, 2017 aimed at reviving and promoting the unique style of Nat Sankritan- Manoharshai was organised by Slam Panchashini Devi under the Cultural Function and Production Grant Scheme of Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
MLA as well as chairman of Tourism Corporation of Manipur Ltd Dr Sapam Ranjan Singh, Retd Director Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal, Padmashree Shougaijam Thanil Singh, Social worker, Salam Budhi Singh and former president Ranganiketan Ajit Dash attended the event as dignitaries.
