BISHNUPUR, Jan 15 : A JAC against the brutal killing of Seram Basanta, Hougrampat, Moirang Khunou, today, warned that it will boycott its local MLA T Robindro and call bandh along Tiddim road from January 20 if the State Government fails to act upon the agreement and provide assistance to the surviving family members of Basanta.
