IMPHAL, Sep 11: Candidates from Manipur, who were allotted exam centres in North East for AFCAT 02/2017on August 27 and could not appear due to disruption in rail and road traffic (after floods) may appear for the supplementary AFCAT exam on September 17 at Guwahati Centre, informed a press release of PIB Defence.
