IMPHAL, Jun 28 : In an unprecedented move, three police personnel have been placed under suspension for remaining mute spectators to an incident of mob justice that took place at Thangal Bazar. Addressing media persons at his office chamber, SP Imphal West Themthing Ngashangva said that two vehicle lifters were severely thrashed by a mob numbering around 20-30 people at Khoyathong Sani Mandir today at around 2 pm.
