Around 200 volunteers of NSS, 40 teaching staff and 41 non-teaching staff took part in the cleanliness drive which began from Manipur Rural bank till the college (2 km).

IMPHAL, Aug 1 : Self Employed Labour of Sand and Stone Supplier cum Marketing Association organised a social service camp from North AOC to Chingmeirong Khongnang Ani Karak today.
Speaking to media persons, N Momon, president of the association said that the social service camp was held with an aim to keep Imphal city clean and in connection with Independence Day celebration on August 15.
He added that the association took permission from Imphal Municipal Council and other concerned authority for carrying out the social service camp.

The social service was conducted as part of the sanitation campaign with an objective to not only visit the beautiful creation of God but also contribute in keeping the tourist site neat and clean. The team was lead by its president & secretary under the guidance of Hosia Riamei, assistant Pastor, Longmai-3 Baptist Church.
