Imphal, Nov 11 : The Imphal West District Game 2016 for differently abled persons organised by Special Olympic Bharat Manipur under the Union Ministry Youth Affair & Sports Government of India began today at Western ground, Palace Compound. The opening ceremony was attended by Professor M Akshay Kumar, Special Bharat Manipur’s president, W Binakumari, Headmistress, Government Ideal Blind School, Takyel, Y Ibechaobi, secretary, All Manipur Mentally Handicapped Persons Welfare Organisation, Mongshangei , and E Tanuja Devi, secretary, Parents Association for Differently Abled as the presidium members.
