IMPHAL, Aug 3 : As part of ‘Self Observed and Initiated Little’ (SOIL) projects, Khuga Battalion under the aegis of Red Shield Division constructed a water storage tank with 10,000 litres capacity including water supply system at Mualvaiphai village, Churchandpur district.
