IMPHAL, April 26: Gaikhangam will attend a two day function held for different Zelaingrong tribes being granted recognition at Tamenglong headquarters on May 9 and 10. The Rongmei,Puimei,Liangmei and Jemei tribes has been awarded individual recognition status by the Parliament and duly notified in the Union Gazette published on 9 January, 2012.
