Imphal, June 14 : In connection with the diamond jubilee celebration of the Indian Parliament, a function to felicitate Shri Rishang Keishing MP Rajya Sabha organized by Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee was held today at Congress Bhawan Imphal.
O. Ibobi chief minister Manipur, Gaikhangam home minister, other ministers and MLAs were present the occasion. O. Ibobi released a booklet on Rishang Keishing. T. Mangibabu MLA and vice-president MPCC spoke on the brief history of Rishang Keishing. Garlands and shawls were presented to the veteran politician Rishang Keishing.
