The opening ceremony of 29th state level men’s open polo tournament organised by All Manipur Polo Assn. will be held at Mapal Kangjeibung tomorrow at 2 p.m. I.Hemochandra , PHED minister, W.L. Hangshing (IAS) principal secy(PHED) MK Das (IPS) additional director general (prisons) and commandant General Home Guards will grace the function as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
