Democratic Students’ Association, Manipur DESAM has given an ultimatum till March 18 to Manipur University MU authorities to implement DESAM’s demands and take appropriate actions against the guilty in the anomalies and discrepancies in pre PhD entrance test held by Physics and Manipuri departments of MU, failing which DESAM will be forced to send the applications to Chancellor and HRD Minister to probe the cases, said a press release by DESAM secretary publicity propaganda, Premchand Tongbram Source Hueiyen News Service
