One S Ravi Singh, s/o of Lucky Singh of Konjon Taikdhan village was detained. He revealed that the liquor belonged to one Ph Ibobcha of Konjon Taikdhan village. The recovered liquor alongwith the vehicle and S Ravi Singh was handed over to Noney police station on February 23.
