AKSU alleges government

The All Kangliepak Students Union (ASKU) said Y.K. College, Wangjing which is a government college under Thoubal district, is on the verge of becoming defunct as there are no teachers left in the college.

AKSU, in a release alleged that the government has dissolved the college by not providing any replacements for the teachers who had retired. The organisation has appealed the authorities concerned to save the college by urgently providing the required teachers, it said.  Though the routine for exams have been declared, there is no teacher for Manipuri subject in the college for a year, it added.
