The proscribed Revolutionary People’s Front (RPF) has clarified that Moirangthem Rajkumar, (47) son of (L) M. Manggijao from Kakching Wairi Sabal Leikai Leisangthem Pareng, who was arrested by a combined team of Thoubal district police commando and Kakching police on October 28 at the bus parking of Kakching Chummang Leikai, is not related to RPF and its military wing PLA, in any manner or form, said a release signed by assistant secretary, publicity, Bangkim.
