IMPHAL, Nov 30: All Tribal Disables` Union Manipur (ATDUM) has appealed to all concerned not to call any bandh or general strike on December 3 which will be observed as “World Disabled Day” as per the UN Declaration made on October 14, 1992, stated a release.
