A worker of INC Candidate Khangphuanang Panmei of Tamenglong A/C was gunned down by the escort of the Candidate last night around eight p.m.
The victim was identifies as P. Meng (36) Tamenglong Khunjao.
The accused Havildar of fifth M.R was identified as K. Irabanta of Kakwai Mayai Leikai under Nambol PS.
