IMPHAL, December 7: The state lower level rural tournament 2012 under PYKKA in athletics, boxing, badminton, football, handball, Judo, kabaddi, table tennis, taekwondo and volleyball (boys and girls) organized by state Youth Affairs and Sports department concluded today here at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex.
The closing function was attended by H Deleep Singh, Special Secretary & Director, YAS and Kh Pramoda Devi, Joint Director, YAS as chief guest and president respectively.
